In order to provide the services that we perform regarding job placement we may need specific information from you such as name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, preferred location of placement, job skills, salary expectations etc. We may use that information to make you aware of additional services that may be of interest to you.

At times we gather information regarding all visitors to The Sedona Group website. Information regarding what areas are frequented, sections accessed the most, help us to determine what is most beneficial for our customers and end users allowing us to continually create a better site. This information is only used anonymously and in the aggregate.

We do not disclose any information collected or submitted to outside parties. We do not sell our users' information to anyone for any reason. The information provided or collected is shared within The Sedona Group, Sedona Staffing Services and their affiliated offices strictly for the purpose of employment placement.

The Sedona Group provides the mechanism on the site for you to submit feedback to the company. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of The Sedona Group. We may use this information to contact you for further information regarding your experience with the site and for marketing purposes and success stories.

The Sedona Group site contains links to other Internet sites. All of these sites have been previewed for appropriate content relative to career development, HR issues and related topics. The Sedona Group is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites.

CHILDREN
We do not specifically collect any information on or about children. We are firm believers that children should receive parental approval prior to providing any individual information via the Internet. We encourage parents to participate with their children's usage of our site. With parental guidance, the site may provide beneficial tools and resources in assisting them find part-time or summer work as well as providing them with excellent career guidance information.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Periodically, the policies contained within will be reviewed and as such, the policies are subject to change. We request that visitors to our site visit this page for periodic changes should they occur. The Sedona Group will post any additions or changes to this policy within this document.
  We went live with DealerCustomerPortal.com in August of 2013, with the intention of supporting 30 to
40 different customers.  We now have well over 100 active customers utilizing the product and growing.  What a game changer!  This has given our customers the opportunity to manage their accounts better, as well as free up valuable administration time internally, by not having to look up and reprint multiple customer invoices each time they had accounting questions.  

Overall, DealerCustomerPortal.com has turned out to be a great investment for our organization, and has become something we now wonder how we ever did without. The product just works.  Downtime has been second to none, and allows us to stay on task without additional interruptions.  I cannot wait to see what else this product has in store for us in the future…
